Is there a cancellation fee?

Unqueue gives you a free month from your signup date to use our service. If, at the end of that month, you decide it’s not for you, or you do not wish to upgrade to a paid plan, your account will be automatically reverted to the Starter plan ($0; 15 free orders a month) at no cost to you.

If you do go on to take a monthly paid subscription, you can cancel that subscription at any time, without paying a penalty or cancellation fee. To note, however: subscriptions are paid in advance on a monthly cycle, and are non-refundable.

If you decide to switch off your Unqueue store permanently, we'd be very sorry to see you go, but won't charge you for making that decision.
