Some of my items take a while to prepare. How will my shoppers know this?

You can specify your preparation time (called Pack Time in the app) for each product in your Unqueue store. This time can be set in either minutes or days. To set your Pack Time for products, head to the item in your Unqueue for Business app. Pack Time can be found and adjusted under product price.

Unqueue takes your Pack Time into account when showing shoppers when they can receive their order. If, for example, you have a three-day pack time for a specific item and a shopper places an order on Monday for that item, the app will show them Thursday as the first possible day that they can receive that item.
