Why can’t I get my order today?

Unqueue operates on a pre-order system. We give stores the option of setting parameters around how long they need to prepare an order – this varies between 5 minutes, and up to 7 days. For stores that offer same-day delivery and are on Unqueue’s delivery network, orders must be placed by 10am for same-day delivery in the daytime window (between 11am and 3pm), and 3.30pm for same-day delivery in the evening window (between 5pm and 9pm).
