Is there a way to let shoppers know that orders need to be placed in advance?
Businesses can set pack times for specific items. By setting a pack time you are able to manage customer expectations allowing customers to place orders in advance where required.
To set pack time on your app:
- Sign in to your account
- Go to product category
- select your product
- Under Product Price, you would see Pack Time
- There you are able to set your specific time to your liking. Pack time is set in minutes, hours, and days. You can set your pre-order/pack time up to two weeks in advance.
- Click Save
To set pack time on the web:
- Sign in to your web dashboard
- Click Inventory of your web side bar main menu
- Select the category
- Select the product
- On the Edit product page scroll down to Pack Time (optional)
- There you are able to set your specific time to your liking. Pack time is set in minutes, hours, and days. You can set your pre-order/pack time up to two weeks in advance.
- Click Save
