Understanding the Current Phase

Automatic Transition for Non-Food Businesses

  • Existing Businesses: If your business is currently on the Unqueue platform, the Support team will handle the transition to the CSF Couriers network. There's no need for any action on your part.
  • New Businesses: Upon signing up with Unqueue, you’ll be required to choose between our two delivery paradigms: CSF delivery (for our non-food businesses), and Self-Run delivery (for food businesses or those who want to manage their own delivery operations)
  • Streamlined Integration: Any orders placed for delivery on Unqueue, will be automatically sent to CSF couriers for fulfillment. Once the order is accepted, the warehouse manager will be in touch with you via phone call to arrange an appropriate day and time to collect the order.

Unlike the previous understanding of automatic notifications after order acceptance, it's now crucial to note that CSF is notified when the store selects "Pack all items" and "Order Ready," ensuring an even more efficient coordination process.

Implementing the New Labelling System

  1. Order Preparation and QR Code Generation:
      • When your order is ready for pickup, follow these steps:
          1. Open Unqueue for Business App/web dashboard
          1. Select "Orders" in the navigation bar
          1. Choose your specific order.
          1. Select "Pack all items" and "Order Ready."
          1. This specific action now triggers a notification to CSF, indicating the order is prepared and ready for pickup.
          1. Simultaneously, access the generated QR code within the 'Awaiting Pickup' tab.
  1. Accessing and using the QR Code:
      • Open your business app and select any accepted order from the ‘Orders’ screen to access the generated QR code.
      • The QR code is essential for the CSF driver. It is scanned at the time of pickup, serving as a verification of the order and facilitating its tracking.

  1. Label Printing Options:
      • If your business has a printer, you can print the CSF label using the ‘Print delivery label’ option in app, or the email that gets sent directly to you..
      • For businesses without a printer, CSF offers a printing service at $5 per thermal label print. Additionally, it’s necessary to manually write the order details on the package, including the shopper's name, address, and phone number.
