Ordering and Delivery Process

Shoppers continue to place orders through the shopper app or web interface, with the option to select delivery. For stores offering non-food items, these orders are now fulfilled by CSF Couriers.

Changes in Delivery Options

What's No Longer Available:

  • Selecting Delivery Days: Shoppers will not have the option to choose specific delivery days at checkout.
  • Payment Options: Cash on delivery is no longer available. Payment methods are now streamlined to online payment and card on delivery.

Delivery Timeframe Visibility:

  • At checkout, shoppers will see a delivery timeframe instead of specific delivery days.

  • The driver leaves the warehouse for delivery.

  • Scanning of the package label QR code by the driver.
  • Acceptance of payment (if applicable).
  • Handover of the package to the shopper.

How will I know when my order is being delivered?

A: You will receive a call from the CSF driver, and a notification when the order leaves the warehouse to be delivered.

Can I still pay with cash on delivery?

A: No, cash on delivery is no longer an option. Payment methods have been streamlined to online payment and card on delivery (LINX or Credit Card).

Will I be able to choose a delivery day?

A: Specific delivery days can no longer be selected. Instead, your order will be delivered within 24-72 hours of it being accepted by the business.

What if I'm not available when the package is delivered?

A: If you're unavailable, the package may be returned to the warehouse, and rescheduled. CSF drivers will contact you on the morning of, and prior to, the delivery to confirm availability.

What happens if I request a refund for my order?

A: If you decide to cancel your order and request a refund, please be aware that the delivery fee will be retained by CSF. For instance, if you initially paid $10 for delivery and choose to cancel the order, while the cost of the items may be refunded, the delivery fee of $10 will be retained by CSF.
