Yes! When a customer places an order with your store, you will receive an automatic notification that a new order has come in, and you will be prompted to accept it. This notification will be sent to the phone number associated with your account.
Once you open the order, you can see the details of what has been ordered, fulfillment method, payment method, and when your shopper would like their items. If you can fulfill the order, tap the Accept button. This will trigger a notification to the shopper that their order has been received and can be fulfilled.
Be sure that notifications are turned on for your Unqueue for Business app.
