Is there a way to let shoppers know that orders need to be placed in advance?

How to enable advance notice for customer’s orders.

Businesses can set pack times for specific items. By setting a pack time you are able to manage customer expectations allowing customers to place orders in advance where required.

 

To set pack time on your app:

  • Sign in to your account
  • Go to product category
  • select your product
  • Under Product Price, you would see Pack Time
    • There you are able to set your specific time to your liking. Pack time is set in minutes, hours, and days. You can set your pre-order/pack time up to two weeks in advance.
  • Click Save
 

To set pack time on the web:

  • Sign in to your web dashboard
  • Click Inventory of your web side bar main menu
  • Select the category
  • Select the product
  • On the Edit product page scroll down to Pack Time (optional)
    • There you are able to set your specific time to your liking. Pack time is set in minutes, hours, and days. You can set your pre-order/pack time up to two weeks in advance.
  • Click Save
