Why can’t my customers place a same day order?

Shoppers may not be able to place same-day orders due to a store’s pack time. Pack time refers to the length of time it takes for businesses to prepare or get an item ready for delivery. If the order being placed is a delivery order using the Unqueue Driver Network, the shopper may have placed their order outside of the delivery window/times. Unqueue Delivery works on a pre-order system. Shoppers place orders in advance (up to 7 days) for delivery within two windows: Monday to Saturday daytime (deliveries between 11am and 3pm) or evening (deliveries between 5pm and 9pm).
